This paper based on the requirements of the Procedures for on-site Review of Dairy Herd Improvement Testing Laboratories(Trial),analyzed the weak links and causes of problems in the on-site review of Dairy Herd Improvement testing(DHI)laboratories.Suggestions for improvement were proposed from various aspects,including organization and personnel,quality system,instruments and equipment,testing work,records,reports,technical services,facilities and environment.These suggestions aimed to provide a reference for the effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system of various DHI laboratories.
