有机微量元素对奶牛的应用研究

微量元素是构成机体组织的重要成分,并参与体内的物质代谢,对提高饲料营养物质的利用率、防止营养缺乏病有重要意义.并且微量元素作为酶的组成成分,以辅酶或激活剂形式参与机体的生化免疫过程,与动物的生长发育、抗氧化免疫、机体代谢等功能密切相关.微量元素缺乏会导致动物生理结构紊乱.而动物机体自身不能合成微量元素,因而需要在日粮中添加适量的微量元素以满足其生产所需.因此本文综合阐述了有机微量元素(锰、铁、铜、锌、钴、硒)的特点及作用机制,并全面分析了上述有机微量元素或复合物对奶牛生产性能、免疫指标和抗氧化指标、血清微量元素的影响及作用机制,为后续相关研究和奶牛生产提供参考.
Application of Organic Trace Elements to Dairy Cows
Trace element is an important component of the body tissue,and participate in the material metabolism of the body,to improve the utilization rate of feed nutrients,to prevent the disease of nutrient deficiency is of great significance.In addition,trace elements,as the components of enzymes,participate in the biochemical immune process of the body in the form of coenzymes or activators,and are closely related to the growth and development of animals,antioxidant immunity,body metabolism and other functions.Microelement deficiency causes physiological structural disorders in animals.However,animals themselves can not synthesize trace elements themselves,so it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of trace elements to the diet to meet their production needs.Therefore,this paper comprehensively summarized the characteristics of organic trace elements(manganese,iron,copper,zinc,cobalt,selenium),and comprehensively analyzed the organic trace elements or complex on cow performance,immune index and antioxidant index,serum trace elements and mechanism of action,provide reference for subsequent related research and cow production.
