Analysis on the Policies,Regulations and Regulatory Requirements of Infant Formula Liquid Milk in China
Infant formula liquid milk has just emerged in China,and it is still in the embryonic stage compared to infant formula milk powder,the overall development of infant formula liquid milk market is basically blank.The Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China(Draft for Comments)and The Detailed Regulations for the Examination of the Production License of Liquid Infant Formula(Exposure Draft)have brought new progress in infant formula liquid milk,and have promoted the progress of infant formula liquid milk and gradually became a premium category,while infant formula liquid milk has also brought a favorable development of the domestic milk powder industry.This paper reviewed the regulatory requirements and standards of the infant formula liquid milk,and analyzed plans to strengthen the registration and production licenses supervision of infant formula liquid milk,and provided reference for the regulatory authorities to carry out supervision and management of infant formula liquid milk.
