In the third quarter,as the consumer end entered the off-season,milk prices continued to bottom out,reaching a new low for the year.The semi annual reports of the two giants in the dairy industry have been released,officially establishing that the industry has entered a downward cycle.Affected by the general environment,the performance of most dairy enterprises declined in a large area,and the effect of the Mid Autumn Festival was weak.Even though the industry is declining,there are still many opportunities to be nurtured.Creating large products through category innovation is the first step to reverse the trend.This paper analyzed the dairy market in the third quarter from a third-party perspective,in order to provide reference value for dairy companies to understand the current situation of the industry.The main content of this paper included:industry fundamentals for the third quarter and interpretation of semi annual reports of listed dairy companies.Third quarter industry/enterprise dynamic analysis,third quarter new product trend analysis.
