摘要
一杯牛奶强壮一个民族.我国奶产业起步较晚,融入国内饮食的时间较短,尚未形成中国特色的奶饮食文化.本文建议从筑牢短保质期奶制品的饮食基础、推动中保质期奶制品的饮食消费、挖掘长保质期奶制品的中国特色饮食三个方面,构建我国短保质期、中保质期和长保质期的奶制品体系,推动我国奶业高质量健康平稳发展.
Abstract
A glass of milk strengthens a nation.The dairy industry in China started late and has only recently become part of the local diet,lacking a distinctly Chinese dairy culture.This paper suggested building a dairy consumption foundation focused on short-shelf-life products,promoting mid-shelf-life dairy consumption,and exploring uniquely Chinese aspects of long-shelf-life dairy products.By developing a comprehensive system encompassing short-,mid-,and long-shelf-life dairy products,the goal is to drive high-quality,healthy,and stable growth in China's dairy industry.
