[Objective]To clarify the efficiency and accuracy of flow cytometry technology in commercial aseptic testing of dairy products,and to understand the necessity and value of rapid microbial detection technology.[Method]Introduce the definition,principles,and methods of flow cytometry technology,and compare it with the commercial sterility testing methods in the national standard.[Result]Flow cytometry technology and the commercial sterility testing method in the national standard showed commercial sterility for samples without added microorganisms,and non-commercial sterility for samples with added target microorganisms.The test results were consistent.[Conclusion]Flow cytometry technology for detecting commercial sterility and the commercial sterility testing methods in national standards can achieve the same screening purpose in testing,and have advantages in convenience,accuracy,stability,operability,timeliness,etc.It can quickly release products and is of great significance for quality judgment.
