Research Progress on Nutritional Composition and Digestive Characteristics of Sheep Milk
This paper introduced the nutritional characteristics of sheep milk,including the composition of protein,amino acid,fatty acid,and other beneficial components in sheep milk.The digestive characteristics of protein and fatty acid were described,and the effects of digestive products of sheep milk on human body were analyzed.Sheep milk has the characteristics of high protein and high fat,and the digestive products are rich in essential amino acids,especially branched-chain amino acids,which is conducive to muscle synthesis.And it contains a lot of short and medium chain fatty acids,can quickly supply energy.It also contains 8 times natural lactoferrin,milk fat globule membrane,etc.,which can provide necessary nutrients for infant growth and has broad prospects in infant formula milk powder.
