TheThe Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Personal Information provides a legal basis for the protection of personal information rights and interests and the regulation of personal information processing activities,and clarifies the rights and obligations of personal information processors.However,previous studies have mostly taken a macro perspective,but have rarely touched on the challenges of personal information infringement encountered by enterprises in actual operation.In the digital era,dairy companies have the responsibility to establish and improve personal information protection mechanisms,not only to comply with laws and regulations,but also as a reflection of social responsibility.This paper takes Mengniu Dairy Company as an example,analyses the basis for the establishment of a personal information protection system,and on the basis of studying the value of establishing a personal information protection system for enterprises,makes suggestions for dairy enterprises to build a multi-level and all-round enterprise protection system for personal information.
