With the growth in demand for goat milk and the advancement of information technology,smart breeding technology is becoming a key force in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the dairy goat industry.This paper reviewed the application and research progress of smart breeding technologies such as individual identity recognition technology,behavior analysis technology,disease diagnosis and analysis technology,precision feeding technology,automated milking technology,and intelligent environmental monitoring and control systems in dairy goat production,aiming to provide references for the innovation of smart breeding technology and the intelligent development of the dairy goat industry in China.
