摘要
本文以寒亭优然牧业有限责任公司为例,对数智化精准饲喂集成技术的技术原理、操作方法、工艺特点、在奶牛场的应用情况等方面进行了详细介绍,并得出如下结论:数智化精准饲喂技术工作效率高、饲喂效果好、运行成本低,能实现奶牛采食配方的自动制备、自控管理和全程监控;经过核算,该技术可以使饲料的损失率以及人工费用、管理费用、能耗费用降到最低,可以使牧场利润预期在24个月内提高50％;相比TMR设备等传统饲喂模式,该技术的能耗费用可降低75％以上.
Abstract
This paper took the example of Hanting Yuen Agriculture LLC to describe the technical principles of integrated technology for numerical intelligent precision feeding.The operation method,process characteristics and application in dairy farms were detailed,and the following conclusions were reached:the numerical intelligent precision feeding technology was highly efficient,the feeding effect was good,and the operation cost was low,and can realize the automatic preparation,self-control management and full-scale monitoring of the feeding formula of cows.Through calculation,this technique can reduce the rate of loss,labor cost,management cost and energy cost to the minimum,and increase the profit of the farm by 50 percent.Compared to traditional feeding modes such as TMR equipment,this technology can reduce energy costs by more than 75％.
