摘要

[目的]研究一种水质总硬度在线检测方法,提高检测效率,保证乳制品工厂水质质量.[方法]将离子电极安装在通往乳制品生产车间水管路上,配置水质监测仪表、物联网盒子、采集平台、水质分析平台、电脑等,实时在线检测监控水质质量,对水质自动监测、实时采集、现场预警通知.[结果]与《GB/T5750.4—2023生活饮用水标准检验方法第4部分:感官性状和物理指标》相比,在线检测方法节约人力、试剂耗材等成本,提高了工作效率.[结论]该方法实现了对水质总硬度自动实时采集、现场预警通知,保障系统信息高效性、及时性、准确性、充分性,具有较好应用前景.

Abstract

[Objective]Research on an on-line detection method for total hardness of water quality to improve detection efficiency and ensure water quality in dairy factories.[Method]Install the ion electrode on the water pipeline leading to the dairy production workshop,equipped with water quality monitoring instruments,IoT boxes,collection platforms,water quality analysis platforms,computers,etc.,for real-time on-line detection and monitoring of water quality,automatic monitoring of water quality,real-time collection,and on-site warning notifications.[Result]Compared with the national standard method GB/T5750.4-2023 Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water Part 4:Sensory Characteristics and Physical Indicators,the on-line detection method saves labor,reagent and consumables costs,improves work efficiency.[Conclusion]This method achieves automatic real-time collection of total hardness of water quality,on-site warning notification,ensuring the efficiency,timeliness,accuracy,and sufficiency of system information,and has good application prospects..
