我国奶业科普的发展过程及特点

摘要
自20世纪30年代以来,我国科普工作的重要性日益突显,尤其党的十八大以来,国家对科普工作的重视程度不断提高.奶业科普工作从20世纪90年代开始,经过十余年的快速发展,奶业行业已经形成了政府、企业、协会、媒体、科研单位等多主体共同参与、全行业积极响应、内容覆盖全产业链的良好科普氛围.但奶业科普工作从无到有是一个发展过程,本文从我国科普事业和奶业产业的发展两方面着手,创新性地对奶业科普发展进行了阶段划分并对各阶段的特点进行了梳理,为奶业科普下一步的工作方向提供借鉴和思路.
Abstract
Since the 1930s,the importance of science popularization work in China has become increasingly prominent.Especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the emphasis on science and technology popularization work has been continuously increasing in China.The science popularization work in the dairy industry began to develop in the 1990s,and after rapid development more than ten years,a good science popularization atmosphere has been formed with the participation of multiple entities such as enterprises,associations,media,research institutions and government departments,and covering the entire dairy industry chain.However,the development of dairy science popularization has gone through a long process,this paper examined the development of science popularization in China and the development of the dairy industry,and summarized the development stages and characteristics of each stage of dairy science popularization in China,providing reference for the next development of dairy science popularization.
