Application Progress of Breast Milk Active Protein in Infant Formula Milk Powder
As the basis of life material,protein plays a key role in the growth and development of infants and young children.The proteins contained in human milk have a variety of biological functions.However,there are still significant differences in protein composition between infant formula and human milk.In this paper,the research hotspots in recent years such as the impact of A2 type β-casein,lactalbumin,osteopontin on the health of infants and young children,as well as its application progress and future development trend in infant formula milk powder were reviewed in detail,in order to elaborate the necessity and methods of the design and development of infant formula milk powder with deep breast milk protein composition and content.
