罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质学科动态研究

本研究对2017-2022年罗非鱼(Oreochromis mossambicus)质量安全与营养品质学科主要研究机构、文献、专利及标准发布等情况进行梳理和分析.发现近年来在罗非鱼生物危害物检测、农兽药残留检测、重金属检测及不同养殖/加工条件引起罗非鱼品质变化等方面研究较多,但在生物毒素、危害因子风险评估、功能性营养因子分析及罗非鱼品质评价与分等分级方面的研究较少.现阶段应加强罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质指标体系的构建,制定和完善相关标准,进而加强罗非鱼研究体系与标准体系建设,提升国际市场风险的主动防控能力.本研究明确了罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质学科研究现状、发展趋势及今后需重点关注的领域,可为科研人员掌握领域研究基础及研究方向提供参考.[中国渔业质量与标准,2024,14(1):52-64]
Dynamic study on quality safety and nutritional quality of tilapia
In this study,the main research institutions,literature,patents,and standards of tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality from 2017 to 2022 were statistically analyzed.It was found that in recent years,there have been many studies on tilapia in the aspects of biohazard detection,pesticide and veterinary drug residue detection,heavy metal detection,and quality changes caused by different conditions.However,research on biotoxins,risk assessment of hazard factors,analysis of functional nutrition factors,and quality evaluation and grading of tilapia remains limited.At this stage,it is recommended that efforts be made to strengthen the development of a comprehensive indicator sys-tem for tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality and to establish and enhance relevant standards to bolster the re-search and standard system for tilapia,thereby improving the proactive prevention and control capabilities against risks in the international market.This study clarified the current research status,development trends,and future focus are-as regarding tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality,offering valuable references for researchers to grasp the re-search foundation and directions.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2024,14(1):52-64]
