China is shifting from urban and rural China to urban China, and the values of society and people are also undergoing great changes and modernization. The conflict of labor division order of gender and marriage risk faced by highly educated young professional women in the city reflect the objective fact that the traditional labor division order of gender is challenged by the modernization force, and respond to the proposition of the times that pays attention to the great changes in social and human values.The"work-family"conflicts faced by highly educated young professional women in cities are investigated from the perspective of family social relations network. It is found that the above-mentioned"work-family"conflicts actually represent the conflict of the modern labor division order of gender,i.e.equality between men and women and cooperative undertaking housework, and the traditional labor division order of gender,i.e.men in charge of the outside businesses and women in charge of the housework. The above conflicts are concentrated in the nodes of childbearing and family structural factors, which makes the highly educated young professional women in the city stand between the conflict of deep expectation of equal gender labor division and the reality of traditional unbalanced gender labor division. They feel the triple crisis:the career development, the decline of family economic value and status, and the doubtful significance of maternal value, and face the risk of the breaking of the husband and wife relationship. From the perspective of reducing the divorce rate of young people,we should respond to this gender labor division order conflict and actively construct an equal gender labor division order.
