服务于终身学习的在线教育:逻辑关系、实施路径与发展愿景

面对人民群众不断增强的终身学习需求和国家建设终身学习服务体系的需要,在线教育有必要,也有能力扮演关键性角色.由于终身学习致力于服务全民需要、促进职业发展、创建学习型组织和推动教育均衡发展,因而可以与在线教育构建紧密的逻辑关系.终身学习可以作为在线教育发展的理论指引和实践目标,而在线教育发展则是推进终身学习的有效载体和重要途径.基于这种逻辑关系,可以制订服务于终身学习的在线教育实施路径,包括面向学历获取的在线教育实践、面向课后服务的在线教育实践、面向职业发展的在线教育实践,以及面向休闲爱好的在线教育实践.结合现实,展望未来,可以根据人类发展各个阶段的不同学习需要来推进服务于终身学习的在线教育,包括在学前教育阶段构筑未来发展基础、在义务教育阶段培养学习态度和基础技能、在高中教育阶段提高核心素养、在高等教育阶段提供多元学习机会并提高适应能力、在继续教育阶段培养全球公民以及在老年教育阶段满足休闲娱乐需求和创新发展需求.
The Online Education for Lifelong Learning:Logical Relationship,Implementation Paths and Development Visions
In the face of the people's increasing demand for lifelong learning and the need of building a lifelong learning service system,online education is necessary and capable of playing a key role.As lifelong learning is committed to serving the needs of the whole people,promoting career development,creating learning organizations and promoting balanced development of education,it can build a close logical relationship with online education.Lifelong learning can be used as the theoretical guidance and practical goal of online education development and the development of online education is an effective carrier and an important way to promote lifelong learning.Based on this logical relationship,the implementation path of lifelong learning oriented online education can be formulated,including online education practice for academic attainment,online education practice for after-school service,online education practice for career development,and online education practice for leisure hobbies.Combined with the reality and looking forward to the future,we can promote online education for lifelong learning according to the different learning needs in different stages of human development,including building the foundation for future development in the preschool education stage,cultivating learning attitudes and basic skills in the compulsory education stage,improving core competencies in high school education stage,providing diverse learning opportunities and improving adaptability in higher education stage,cultivating global citizens in continuing education stage,and meeting the needs of leisure and entertainment as well as innovative development in elderly education stage.
