The Symbiosis Logic and Operational Path of Knowledge Sharing in Renowned Master Teachers Studios
Knowledge sharing is an effective way to enhance the flow of knowledge and foster innovation among teachers.By examining the evolutionary path of knowledge sharing and presenting a practical framework for analyzing the developmental stages of knowledge sharing in renowned master teachers studios,it becomes crucial to gain insights into the enigmatic process of knowledge sharing within the studios.This will help clarify the current state of knowledge sharing and chart the future course of its development.Within the perspective of symbiosis theory,this study maps the progression of the knowledge sharing process through the evolution of symbiotic models.It constructs an analytical framework for the evolution of knowledge sharing in renowned master teachers studios based on the levels of knowledge organization and the degree of teachers collaboration.Applying this framework,it analyzes and defines various stages of knowledge sharing within the master teachers studio at W Elementary School.The study reveals that the developmental trajectory of knowledge sharing in the studio follows two main directions:the organizational aspect of knowledge evolves from"loosing-aggregating-integration-systematization"and teachers collaboration progresses from"exploration-coordination-collaboration-coevolution".This process signifies the shift of knowledge within the master teachers studios from the dispersed and the disorganized to the unified and the structured,while also illustrating the development of teachers collaboration from the superficial and the unstable to the deep and the sustained.Ultimately,a balanced model of knowledge organization and teachers cooperation emerges as the optimal direction for the evolution of knowledge sharing within the master teachers studios.
