Youth Development and Its Governance in the Construction of Youth Development Cities——Based on the investigation and analysis of Q District in C City
Focusing on the needs of youth groups and the comprehensive development of youth is an important part of the construction of youth development cities,but there is still a lack of necessary empirical research and analyses.This study selects the pilot county area of youth development in Q District of C city as the object,and analyzes the current situation,needs and root causes of youth development in the area from the local to the general through questionnaires,field interviews etc..The paper establishes an overall portrait system of local youth development in 11 dimensions,including value orientation,education quality,mental health,marriage and friends,development planning,cultural consumption,social integration,policy environment,youth rights and interests,willingness to communicate and outlook on happiness,and collects and analyzes data accordingly to extract the urgent needs and problems of youth in employment,urban construction and housing.The causes are also discussed.In view of the concerns of young people,this study puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions:The first is to strengthen the top-level policy planning and improve the youth development policy and planning system.The second is to enhance the attractiveness of youth employment by optimizing the industrial form and providing precise employment support.The third is to optimize the public service system for young people,improve cultural infrastructure,provide"one-stop"government affairs and public cultural services,and enhance the sense of belonging and value recognition of young people.These suggestions have reference value for other regions to optimize the construction of youth development-oriented cities.
