新全球化时代大学产教融合国际化的挑战与路径

新全球化时代的产业发展不再局限于某一地域,这决定了大学的产教融合不能只是简单地停留在区域社会之内,应着眼于全球视野自觉探索一条既彰显自身特色又与全球产业发展趋势相契合的道路.产教融合国际化正是大学在新全球化时代所实施的与全球产业深度融合的实践机制,其实质是产业系统与教育系统借助数智技术整合区域内外乃至国际社会资源,以培养国际人才、服务经济社会发展和文化传承创新为出发点,共同构筑智慧产业之城,并引领其走向世界的过程.具体的实现路径包括:以人类命运共同体理念为指导建构产教融合国际化文化逻辑,以类思维的五元互撑机制强化产教融合国际化主体联结,以虚实交融教育数智体拓展产教融合国际化实践场域.经由产教融合国际化实践,大学可引领学习者以务实开拓和辩证创新的眼光审视世界之变、中国之变、地区之变,铸就科技自立的精神人格,淬炼其在纷繁复杂的世界变化中勇担民族复兴的大任和助推人类世界走向美美与共的文化使命.
The Challenges and Paths of Internationalization of Industry and Education Integration in Universities in the New Globalization Era
The industrial development in the new era of globalization is no longer limited to a certain region,which determines that the integration of industry and education in universities cannot simply stay within the regional society. It should focus on a global perspective and consciously explore a path that not only demonstrates its own characteristics but also conforms to the global industrial development trend. The integration and internationalization of industry and education is the practical mechanism implemented by universities in the new era of globalization to deeply integrate with global industries. Its essence is the integration of social resources within and outside the region by the industrial and educational systems through digital technology with the starting point of cultivating international talents,serving economic development and cultural inheritance and innovation,jointly building a city of smart industries and leading it towards the world. The specific implementation path includes:constructing an international cultural logic for the integration of industry and education guided by the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,strengthening the connection of the main body of the integration of industry and education through the five-element mutual support mechanism of class thinking,and promoting the digital transformation of the integration of industry and education through the integration of virtual and real education. Through the integration of industry and education and international practice,universities can lead learners to examine the changes in the world,China,and regions with a pragmatic and dialectical innovation perspective,cultivate a spirit of technological independence,and temper their courage to shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation in the complex world changes and promote the cultural mission of promoting a beautiful and shared world for mankind.
