Strategic Knowledge Empowering Innovative Thinking:Intrinsic Mechanisms and Enhancement Pathways
Strategic knowledge constitutes a crucial element in fostering innovative thinking:On the one hand,it offers strategic support for individuals to conduct innovative cognitive processing of objective entities based on their knowledge and experience;on the other hand,it governs the exertion of reflection and creativity during the action process. Once strategic knowledge is transformed into thinking capacity,it has the potential to stimulate innovative thinking. Based on existing research regarding the relationship between knowledge and creativity, the effective organization of static strategic knowledge provides a knowledge engine for stimulating innovative thinking, while the interaction of dynamic strategic knowledge presents a development opportunity for cultivating innovative thinking. The internal mechanism by which strategic knowledge empowers the cultivation of students' innovative thinking points towards internalizing tacit knowledge in the mind and externalizing explicit knowledge in action. The two types of knowledge interlock and coexist to achieve the desired state of transforming knowledge into wisdom and wisdom into enlightenment. Thus, the improvement of strategic knowledge should empower the cultivation of students' innovative thinking from three aspects:actively establishing a creative learning environment to deepen the understanding of the significance of strategic knowledge, screening problem situations conducive to transfer and application to refine the conceptual connections of strategic knowledge and supplementing it with necessary metacognitive training to enhance the monitoring and regulation of strategic processing.
