"法工交融"背景下司法鉴定专门人才培养路径研究——以政法院校侦查学、刑事科学技术专业发展为视角

摘要
司法鉴定等现代公共法律服务体系的建设,离不开专门人才的培养和支撑.司法部《法医类 物证类 声像资料司法鉴定机构登记评审细则》将侦查学、刑事科学技术列入司法鉴定准入的相关专业,为政法院校前述专业的转型发展和人才培养优化注入了新的活力.鉴于司法鉴定兼具法学和自然科学技术的交叉属性,其在成为侦查学、刑事科学技术专业职业导航新增长点的同时,需要处理好前述专业发展过程中的"法""工"交叉融合,探寻契合司法鉴定行业所需的"法工交融"专门人才培养路径的构建.
Abstract
The construction of modern public legal service system such as forensic appraisal is inseparable from the training and support of specialized talents.The Ministry of Justice's Rules for the Registration and Review of Forensic Science Institutions for Forensic Medicine,Physical Evidence and Audio and Video Data includes criminal investigation and criminal science and technology in the relevant majors for the admission of forensic appraisal,which has injected new vitality into the transformation and development of the above-mentioned majors in political science and law colleges and universities and the optimization of talent training.In view of the cross-attribute of law and natural science and technology,forensic appraisal should not only become the new growth point of profession of criminal investigation and criminal science and technology,but also deal with the cross-integration relationship of"law"and"engineering"in the development process of the above-mentioned profession,and explore the construction of the training path for specialized talents of"integration of law and engineering"in line with the needs of the forensic science industry.
