There are many factors that restrict the training of foreign-related legal personnel in China,but the most overlooked reason is that we overly rely on the government in talent training while ignoring the role of the market.Under the socialist market economy system,the training of foreign-related legal talents cannot be separated from the market.Although the government's setting goals,scales and plans for talent training can be effective in a short period of time,it is difficult to produce sustainable effects due to the neglect of the establishment of the market mechanism.Only by making full use of the various functions of the market,through the competition among foreign-related legal talent training institutions and among foreign-related legal talents,so that those who win from the competition can get better returns,will more outstanding foreign-related legal talents stand out.
