Based on the realistic needs of innovation and development of human resource service industry,this paper studies the current statistics of China's human resource service industry using text analysis,expert consultation and other methods.It is found that national statistics and statistics of social sectors have set statistical indicators for human resource service industry,and some local statistics have also carried out statistical exploration of human resource service industry in combination with local practice.In addition,the analysis shows that the cross-border and innovative development of human resource service industry,the improvement of development quality and the related requirements of statistical work are the main issues that need to be addressed in the current statistics.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and dynamically adjust the relevant contents of national statistics and statistics of social sectors,and reasonably supplement statistical indicators such as the value added of the industry and payment of taxes.
