The enhancement of innovation capability in human resource service enterprises is an inevitable requirement for supporting the national innovation-driven development strategy.By using the Delphi method and a questionnaire survey,this paper constructs an innovation capability evaluation indicator system for human resource service enterprises including seven first-level indicators and several sub-indicators,and applies Python technology to evaluate the innovation capability of listed enterprises in the field of human resource service in China and some representative enterprises in Chongqing.This study finds that the human resource service enterprises with technical genes have more innovation advantages;the technological competitive advantage of human resource service enterprises is relatively weak;moreover,improving service efficiency and maintaining sustainable development are the fundamental factors for human resource service enterprises to achieve high-quality innovation and development.The study results provide theoretical basis and technical support for promoting the construction of human resource market system and improving the innovation capability of human resource service enterprises.
