摘要
中国哲学的合法性问题之复杂难解,受制于"中国哲学"一词的三重义涵.首先,它既是作为一门"现代学科"的中国哲学,又是代表"思想传统"的中国哲学.其次,作为"思想传统"的中国哲学,既是作为"义理"的中国哲学,又是作为"社会教化"的中国哲学.最后,作为"社会教化"的中国哲学,既是一种"道德教化"的中国哲学,又是具有一定"宗教教化"功能的中国哲学.由于不能对中国哲学具有的三重义涵予以综合考量、立体呈现,故在清末民初只是以西方哲学为参照系,对博大精深的"思想传统"予以切割,并有针对性地保留"思想传统"中作为"义理"的中国哲学,而将"思想传统"中作为"社会教化"的中国哲学删削掉了.
Abstract
The legitimacy problem of Chinese philosophy is complicated and difficult to solve,which is restricted by the triple meanings of the term"Chinese philosophy".First of all,it is a"modern discipline",but also represents the"ideological tradition".Secondly,as an"ideological tradition",it is not only"argumentation"but also regarded as a philosophy of"social education".Thirdly,as a philosophy of social education,it has both"moral education"and"religious education"functions.Since we could not give a comprehensive consideration and three-dimensional presentation of the triple meanings of Chinese philosophy,we cut off the broad and profound"ideological tradition"in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China by taking Western philosophy as a reference system.Chinese philosophy,which is regarded as"argumentation"in the"ideological tradition",was purposely retained,while Chinese philosophy,which is regarded as"social education"in the"ideological tradition",was deleted.
