As we enter the era of digital intelligence, computing technology has increased the complexity of defining relevant markets, intensified the difficulty of identifying market power, and significantly heightened the uncertainty surrounding competitive harm analysis.Computational antitrust aims to enhance antitrust analysis through big data analytics, identify monopolistic behaviors using computational tools and methods, and develop regulatory technologies that improve the automation, precision, and intelligence of antitrust regulation.Computational antitrust approach seeks to inject computational rationality into antitrust analysis, enhance the intelligence of the antitrust regulatory process, and achieve an integration of legal and technological regulation, essentially reshaping the logic of antitrust regulation as a whole. However, there are limits to this reshaping effect;its scope of application, solutions, and effectiveness must be viewed objectively. In terms of specific implementation pathways,it is essential at this stage to promote at least three aspects:the formation of high-quality market regulatory data collection, the construction of an integrated intelligent regulatory platform, and the digital reform of antitrust regulatory institutional mechanisms.
