论全过程人民民主视域下的人民监督

摘要
人民监督是人民民主的应有之义,发展全过程人民民主需要体系化保证并完善人民监督.新时代人民监督赓续马克思主义理论与实践传统并不断发展完善,成为党和国家监督体系的重要组成部分.鉴于理论创新和实践发展的落差,当前人民监督研究存在较大的改善空间.在厘清人民监督内涵的过程中,全过程人民民主视域有助于深入理解人民监督的体系化框架和发展空间,人民监督则是有效拓展和持续改善全过程人民民主的一个重要突破口.
Abstract
People's supervision is an inherent aspect of people's democracy,and developing whole-process people's democracy requires systematic guarantees and improvements in people's supervision.In the new era,people's supervision continues the theoretical and practical traditions of Marxism while constantly evolving,becoming an important component of the party and national supervision system.Given the gap between theoretical innovation and the development of practice,there is significant room for improvement in current research on people's supervision.By clarifying the connotation of people's supervision,we recognize that the perspective of whole-process people's democracy can help deepen our understanding of the systematic framework and development space for people's supervision.Furthermore,people's supervision serves as a crucial breakthrough for effectively expanding and continuously improving whole-process people's democracy.
