百癣夏塔热胶囊联合异维A酸胶丸对Ⅲ/Ⅳ度痤疮患者血清IL-8、IL-4、TNF-α的影响

目的 探讨百癣夏塔热胶囊联合异维A酸胶丸对Ⅲ/Ⅳ度痤疮患者血清白介素(IL)-8、IL-4、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的影响,以期探寻治疗Ⅲ/Ⅳ度痤疮患者的最优方案.方法 选择2014年10月~2016年10月海宁市人民医院接诊的92例Ⅲ/Ⅳ度痤疮患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例.对照组给予异维A酸胶丸治疗,观察组联合百癣夏塔热胶囊.比较2组症状积分、血清IL-8、IL-4、TNF-α、临床疗效以及不良反应.结果 治疗后,观察组症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-8、IL-4、TNF-α均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组( P <0.05).结论 百癣夏塔热胶囊联合异维A酸胶丸治疗Ⅲ/Ⅳ度痤疮比单用异维A酸胶丸治疗效果更显著,且不良反应低.
Effect of Baixuanxiatare capsule combined with retinoic acid capsule on serum IL-8, IL-4 and TNF-α of patients with Ⅲ/Ⅳ degree acne
Objective To investigate the effect of Baixuanxiatare capsule combined with isotretinoin capsules on serum interleukin(IL)-8,IL-4 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in patients with tricuspid acne,Three or four degrees of acne in patients with optimal program.Methods 92 patients with acne vulgaris from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules.The levels of IL-8,IL-4,TNF-α,clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of IL-8,IL-4 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05)The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group [95.65%(44/46)vs78.26%(36/46)](P<0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baixuanxiatare capsule combined with isotretinoin capsules in treating 34 acne acne is more effective than isotretinoin capsules alone and has low side effect,so it is worthy to be popularized.
