平片无张力疝修补术联合中药治疗中老年腹股沟疝的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨平片无张力疝修补术配合中药口服治疗中老年腹股沟疝的临床应用效果.方法 选取2014年5月～2016年7月慈溪市中医医院收治的60 例中老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法则分为对照组和研究组,每组30 例,对照组给予平片无张力疝修补术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合中药口服治疗,然后对2 组临床治疗效果进行观察和比较.结果 治疗后,研究组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间和住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<.0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高达96.7％,显著高于对照组的有效率73.3％,差异有统计学意义( P<.0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率36.7％,显著高于研究组13.3％,差异有统计学意义( P<.0.05).结论 中老年腹股沟疝平片无张力疝修补术配合中药口服治疗的临床效果确切,可显著缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of plain film without tension hernia repair combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly inguinal hernia.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with inguinal hernia from May 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given plain film without tension hernia repair treatment,and research group was given Chinese medicine on the basis of oral treatment.Then clinical curative effect observation of two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the team bowel sound recovery time,anus exhaust time,postoperative bed activity time and hospital stay of research group patients was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the research group was as high as 96.7％,significantly higher than the control group 73.3％,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate of control group was up to 36.7％,significantly higher than the study group 13.3％,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of plain elderly inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair was exact,and the clinical effect of oral medicine treatment can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,lower incidence of postoperative complications.
