摘要
目的 分析左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者血清瘦素及hs-CRP 水平的影响,以期探寻治疗癫痫患者的最佳方案.方法 收集于我院癫痫患者150 例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各75 例,对照组患者给予丙戊酸钠、卡马西平,实验组患者给予左乙拉西坦.比较治疗前后2 组患者血清瘦素(Leptin,LP)、超敏C 反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG).结果 治疗结束后与治疗前相比相比,实验组患者血清LP、TC 及TG 水平无显著变化,hs-CRP 明显降低( P <0.05),且实验组各项指标均明显低于对照组( P <0.05).结论 左乙拉西坦癫痫患者比用丙戊酸钠和卡马西平联合治疗效果更好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the serum leptin and hs-CRP levels by Levetiracetam in patients with epilepsy.Methods 150 patients with epilepsy from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 75 cases in each group.The control group were treated by sodium valproate and carbamazepine and the experiment group were treated in the base of the control group with Levetiracetam.The LP,hs-CRP,TC and TG levels were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,there was no significant change in serum LP,TC and TG levels,the hs-CRP were lower(P<0.05),and the indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam to the pediatric epilepsy patients to good therapeutic effect,reduce the side effects of hazards,speculated that the mechanism may be related to the left B Raschig Tan to maintain patients serum leptin,triglyceride,total cholesterol levels,reduce the levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein related.
