Efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin and urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin and urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.MethodsEighty patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Forty patients in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Forty patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with enteric-coated aspirin;Observation group in the control group based on intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The changes of blood vessel recanalization rate, serum factor level, treatment effect and complication were observed and compared.ResultsThe levels of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and HSP70 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative complications and acute mortality were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionLow molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin and urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the rate of coronary artery opening, reduce the incidence of complications, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
