中文摘要：目的分析穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果.方法对照组给予鼓膜穿刺结合常规药物治疗,实验组给予鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药和常规药物进行治疗.结果实验组总有效率(95.2%)显著低于对照组(66.7%)(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率(6.3%)显著低于对照组(22.2%)(P<0.05);结论使用穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎临床效果良好,安全性明确.

外文摘要：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of secretory otitis media with puncture combined with injection.MethodsThe control group was given tympanic membrane puncture combined with conventional drug treatment, and the experimental group was given combined with tympanic tympanic membrane puncture injection and conventional medicine for treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group (95.2%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (66.7%)(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group (6.3%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.2%)(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of secretory otitis media with puncture and injection.
