摘要
目的 探讨优泌乐25和优泌林70/30治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果与安全性.方法 收集浙江省建德市第一人民医院内分泌科3年内收治的2型糖尿病患者120例,随机分组为对照组与观察组,各60例.对照组患者用优泌林70/30进行治疗,观察组患者用优泌乐25治疗,比较2组患者各项实验数据.结果 观察组患者用药后临床症状改善程度优于对照组,观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组;上述组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 选择优泌乐25治疗2型糖尿病患者,可有效改善患者的各项临床症状,治疗效果佳,值得临床广泛应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Humalog 25R and Humulin 70/30.Methods120 patients with type 2 diabetes were collected in The first people's Hospital of Jiande in the 3 years, the cases of patients were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases);for the patients in the control group were treated with Humulin 70/30, the patients in the observation group were treated with Humalog 25, compared the experimental data between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical symptoms of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment, the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Humalog 25 can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, the treatment effect is good, worthy of clinical application.
