芬太尼和雷米芬太尼2种药物分别联合丙泊酚应用在精神分裂症患者手术麻醉中的疗效分析

摘要
目的 探究在精神分裂症患者手术麻醉中,芬太尼和雷米芬太尼2种药物分别联合丙泊酚应用的临床效果.方法 对40例精神分裂症手术患者使用芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,并归为对照组,针对另外40例患者使用雷米芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉并归为观察组,患者均为余姚市第二人民医院2015年3月~2016年10月间收治.结果 比较2组患者的心率和血压情况,发现2组在麻醉前无明显差异,经过麻醉干预后在不同时间点表现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较2组患者的手术后恢复时间可见,观察组患者相对较快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组不良反应发生率均为0%,组间比较差异无统计学意义.结论 芬太尼和雷米芬太尼2种药物分别联合丙泊酚应用在精神分裂症患者手术麻醉中具有较好的效果,相比芬太尼和雷米芬太尼而言,后者麻醉效果更好,同时联合用药对于患者的心率等影响较小,利于患者手术后恢复,同时不会对患者产生不良反应,故用药安全,因此值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical anesthesia in patients with schizophrenia, clinical effect of two drug combination.Methods40 cases of anesthesia for the patients with schizophrenia surgery using fentanyl combined with propofol, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients used remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia and the patients were classified as observation group.In our hospital from October 2016 to March 2015.ResultsComparing the two groups of patients with heart rate and blood pressure, found in the two groups had no significant difference before anesthesia after anesthesia, intervention at different time points showed corresponding differences (P<0.05) shows significant differences.Compared two groups of patients, the recovery time of the surgery, the patients in the observation group were relatively fast, comparison between groups (P<0.05) showed obvious differences.The adverse reactions in two groups were 0%, comparison between groups have no significant difference.ConclusionTwo drug combination has better effect in schizophrenia patients in surgical anesthesia, compared with fentanyl and remifentanil for anesthesia, the latter effect is better, at the same time combined treatment for patients with heart rate had little effect, conducive to the patient recovery after surgery, and no adverse reaction for patients, the drug safety, it is worthy of reference.
