康妇消炎栓联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

摘要
目的 探究康妇消炎栓联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果.方法 选择德清县中医院2015年3月~2017年1月间收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为本研究的研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组使用头孢曲松钠治疗;在对照组治疗的基础上,观察组联合使用康妇消炎栓,.比较2组患者的疗效和不良反应.结果 观察组疗效为92.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%,2组间差异有统计学意义.2组患者均未出现相关不良反应.结论 康妇消炎栓联合头孢曲松钠治疗慢性盆腔炎,疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository combined with ceftriaxone on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.MethodsFrom March 2015 to January 2017 in Deqing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 80 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory as research object were divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group.The control group were given Ceftriaxone, at this basis, the observation group were given Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository, The effect and the adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe effect was 92.5% in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group 77.5%, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was no adverse reaction in the 2 groups.ConclusionThe effect is exactly that Kangfu antiphlogistic suppository combined with ceftriaxone sodium on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, which is worthy of clinical use.
