摘要
目的 探讨PCR检验法和细菌培养法在阴道细菌检验中的对比效果.方法 选择天津市南开大学附属医院妇产科2014年2月～2016年3月间收治的患者84例,采集患者阴道分泌物,分别行PCR检验法(A组,n=42)、细菌培养法(B组,n=42),对比分析2组患者阴道细菌检验效果.结果 肠球菌阳性A组13例(30.95%)、B组3例(7.14%);加特纳菌阳性A组10例(23.81%)、B组19例(45.24%);棒状杆菌阳性A组13例(30.95%)、B组5例(11.91%);阴道细菌检验阴性率中,A组6例(14.29%)、B组15例(35.71%).2组患者各数据差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 PCR检验可有效提高阴道细菌检查的阳性率,从而为临床治疗提供客观依据.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of PCR and bacterial culture in vaginal bacteria test.Methods A total of 84 patients were enrolled in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, affiliated hospital of Nankai university, from February 2014 to March 2016.Vaginal secretion was collected and tested by PCR(group A, n=42), and bacterial culture(group B, n=42).Vaginal bacteria test Results were compared in the two groups.ResultsEnterococcus were positive in 13 cases(30.95%)in group A, 3 cases(7.14%)in group B, gardnerella vaginalis were positive in 10 cases(23.81%)in group A, 19 cases(45.24%)in group B;Corynebacterium were positive in 13 cases(30.95%)in group A, 5 cases(11.91%)in group B.Negative rate of vaginal bacterial test was 14.29% in group A, 35.71% in group B.In the above data, the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCR test can effectively improve the positive rate of vaginal bacterial examination, and provide an objective basis for clinical treatment.
