二甲双胍联合营养及运动治疗用于代谢综合征的效果观察

摘要
目的 研究二甲双胍联合营养及运动治疗用于代谢综合征的效果.方法 将2012年7月～2017年4月海军青岛第二疗养院治疗的100例患者随机分为2组,对照组患者接受二甲双胍治疗,实验组患者接受二甲双胍联合营养及运动治疗.2组患者治疗3个月后,分别测定血FPG、血压(BP)、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、WC等进行统计及对比并判定2组患者治疗效果.结果 对照组患者治疗有效率为60.0%,实验组为80.0%.经分析,差异具有统计学意义(x2=9.52,P＜0.05).对照组患者代谢生化指标治疗后改善不明显,实验组患者代谢生化指标治疗后改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组患者治疗后较对照组患者治疗后效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 二甲双胍联合营养及运动治疗能更有效缓解代谢综合征的临床体征,该治疗方法在临床上值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of metformin combined with nutrition and exercise therapy on metabolic syndrome.Methods 100 patients treated in our hospitcal from July 2012 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received metformin treatment.The patients in the experimental group received metformin combined with nutrition and exercise therapy.Blood pressure(BP), TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and WC were measured and compared between the two groups after three months of treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was determined.Results The effective rate was 60.0% in the control group and 80.0% in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(x2=9.52, P<0.05).The improvement of metabolic biochemical indexes in the control group was not obvious after treatment, and the improvement of metabolic biochemical indexes in the experimental group was significant after treatment, and the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Metformin combined with nutrition and exercise therapy can relieve the clinical signs of metabolic syndrome more effectively.The treatment is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
