三黄软膏贴敷改善甘露醇输液后静脉炎疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨三黄软膏外敷治疗甘露醇输液后静脉炎的临床疗效.方法 将45例患者随机分为2组.2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组予三黄软膏贴敷,对照组予50%硫酸镁湿敷,14天为1个疗程.比较2组临床疗效及治疗后血液流变学指标改善情况、生活质量以及抑郁评分情况.结果 治疗组临床总有效率为95.0%, 明显优于对照组的72.0%,差异具有统计学意义(t=11.27,P＜0.05);治疗组治愈时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.29,P＜0.05);2组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善,而治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后2组HAMA评分、HAMD评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.19,5.93,P＜0.05).治疗过程中未出现明显的不良反应.结论 三黄膏治疗甘露醇输液后静脉炎的临床效果显著,能较快缓解疼痛、红肿等症状,且治疗方便,可提高患者的治疗主动性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanhuang Ointment plastered on the treatment phlebitis after mannitol infusion.Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given conventional treatment, at this basis, the treatment group were treated with Sanhuang Ointment paste, while the control group were received 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress, 14 d for a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy, the improvement of hemorheological indexes, quality of life and the depression score in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(95.0% vs 72.0%)(t=11.27, P<0.05);the cure time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(t=12.29, P<0.05);the hemorheological indexes were improved in the two groups, the indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the differences of HAMA and HAMD score between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.19,5.93,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Sanhuang Ointment in the treatment of phlebitis after infusion mannitol is significantly, which can quickly relieve pain and swelling,and is so convenient to improve patient's initiative.
