Analyzing the effect of Zhengqingfengtongning joint dezocine on the ostoperative analgesia of thoracoscopy lobectomy
Objective Analyzing the effect of Zhengqingfengtongning sheet joint dezocine on the ostoperative analgesia of thoracoscopy lobectomy.Methods 79 cases of patients from February 2014 to April 2015.All patients were divided into 39 cases in the control group and the observation group of 40 patients.In the control group were treated with injections alone dezocine for postoperative analgesia, the observation group were treated with dezocine joint Zhengqingfengtongning tablets for postoperative pain treatment.After treatment, the two groups of patients with visual analog scale(VAS score), digital sedation score(NSS score), heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and cardiac index(CI) and the change in adverse reactions compared analysis.Results ① After treatment, the two groups of patients were compared postoperative VAS scores showed that patients in the observation group after 6h, after 12h, 24h after the VAS scores were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);② after treatment, the two groups of patients after NSS scores were compared, the results showed that patients in the observation group 6h, after 12h, 24h after the NSS scores were higher, the difference statistically significant(P<0.05);③ two groups of patients intraoperative HR change amount, MAP change amount, CI change the situation by comparing hemodynamic parameters in patients with fluctuations in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④ surgery patients were not statistically significant proportion of adverse events.Conclusion On the basis of diazoxin, combined with traditional Chinese medicine, Qingfengtongning tablet can reduce the degree of venous analgesia after thoracoscopic lobectomy and stabilize the hemodynamics of patients, which is a safe and effective treatment method.Clinical promotion and use.
