摘要

目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏综合治疗化疗后药物外渗临床应用效果.方法 本文将选取本院2015年12月~2017年5月期间收治的120例化疗后药物外渗患者作为本次研究对象,按照就诊序号将其随机分为研究组、对照组(n=60).对照组在常规处理基础上加用硫酸镁湿敷,研究组在常规处理基础上加用湿润烧伤膏.2组均连续治疗2周,记录并比较2组临床疗效、创面红肿消退与愈合时间.结果 研究组临床总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(71.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面红肿消退时间、创面愈合时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在常规处理的基础上予以湿润烧伤膏综合治疗化疗后药物外渗,疗效显著.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moisture exposed burn ointment on the treatment of chemotherapeutics extravasation. Methods In this study, we selected 120 cases of extravasation of drugs after chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017. As the object of this study, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (n=60) according to the number of visits. The control group were given Magnesium Sulfate wet compress on the basis of routine treatment, and the study group was received moisture exposed burn ointment. Two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, wound swelling and healing time were recorded and compared. Results The clinical total efficiency in the study group (93.33%) was significantly higher than 71.67% in the control group(P<0.05); The wound swelling time and wound healing time were significantly less than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, moisture exposed burn ointment is used to treat extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs, and the curative effect is remarkable.
