摘要

目的 探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗在呼吸机相关肺炎治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2015年1月~2016年2月收治的84例呼吸机相关肺炎患者,基于自愿原则将患者平分分为观察组和对照组,2组患者均接受相同的常规治疗,在此基础上再给予观察组患者纤维支气管镜吸痰以及肺泡灌洗,比较2组患者临床疗效.结果 观察组机械通气时间、住院费用、治疗总有效率等临床指标均显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在常规治疗基础上联合使用纤维支气管镜吸痰和肺泡灌洗治疗呼吸机相关肺炎,可进一步提高患者治疗效果,节省治疗费用.

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of Fiberoptic bronchoscopic sputum aspiration combined with bronchoalveolar lavage on the treatment of ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to February 201684 cases with ventilator-associated pneumonia were, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were received the same conventional treatment, at this basis, the observation group were given fiber bronchoscope sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage. The effect in the two groups a was compared. Results The mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization expenses, the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group , the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage are used on the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia, which can further improve the treatment effect and save the cost of treatment.
