当归拈痛丸治疗痛风性肾病疗效及对血肌酐、尿素氮水平影响

中文摘要：目的分析当归拈痛丸治疗痛风性肾病疗效及对血肌酐、尿素氮水平影响.方法将80例痛风性肾病患者随机分组,各40例.对照组给予一般疗法,观察组另外给予当归拈痛丸.结果观察组总有效率为92.50％,高于对照组72.50％(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肾功能血清指标和尿液相关因子指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),血沉(ESR)、白细胞(WBC)和中性粒细胞(N)均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不良反应率为15.00％,和对照组的12.50％相比,差异无统计学意义.结论当归拈痛丸可提高痛风性肾病的治疗效果,降低肾功能损害,且较安全.

外文摘要：Objective To analyse clinical effects and influence on serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen of Danggui Niantong pill in treatment of gouty nephropathy. Methods 80 patients with gouty nephropathy were divided into two groups and each with 40 cases.The control group were treated with general therapy,and observation group was treated another with Danggui Niantong pill. Results After treatment,effective rate of observation group was 92.50％,higher than that of control group 72.50％(P<0.05).After treatment,renal function serum markers and urine related factors level of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).ESR,WBC and N level of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The proportion of adverse reactions of observation group was 15.00％ and control group was 12.50％.Conclusion Danggui Niantong pill can improve clinical effects of gouty nephropathy,reduce renal damage amd does not increase adverse reactions.
