目的 分析银杏叶提取物对缺血性脑卒中治疗疗效及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响.方法 146例缺血性脑卒中者分成2组,对照组和观察组2组均常规治疗,观察组另加服银杏叶提取物片.结果 治疗后,观察组临床疗效、SOD、MDA和ET-1、血液流变学、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组(P<0.05).不良反应方面,差异无统计学意义.结论 银杏叶提取物可提高缺血性脑卒中治疗疗效,调节相关因子水平.
Effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on ischemic stroke and its influence on serum superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde
Objective To analyze the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on ischemic stroke and its influence on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA). Methods 146 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups. The two groups were treated routinely and one group plus Ginkgo biloba extract. Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,SOD,MDA and ET-1 level,hemorheology,NIHSS scores and Barthel index of observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Difference of adverse reactions were not statistically significant. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract can improve the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke and adjust the level of related factors.
