益气聪明丸联合西药对耳鸣患者听力、睡眠质量的影响

目的 探讨益气聪明丸联合西药对耳鸣患者听力、睡眠质量的影响.方法 选取2015年5月~2017年2月浙江省温岭市中医院收治的肝火上扰型耳鸣患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各30例,分别给予常规西药、益气聪明丸联合西药治疗,比较2组治疗有效率及言语平均纯音听阈(PTA)、言语识别阈(SRT)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),并观察不良反应.结果 观察组治疗有效率93.33%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PTA、SRT、PSQI评分分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义.结论 益气聪明丸联合西药可有效治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣,改善其听力、睡眠质量,且无明显不良反应.
Effects of Yiqi Congming Pill combined with western medicine on listening and sleep quality of tinnitus patients
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Congming pill combined with western medicine on hearing and sleep quality in tinnitus patients. Methods 60 tinnitus patients caused by liver fire treated in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were selected for the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional western medicine and Yiqi Congming pills combined with western medicine respectively. The effective rates of treatment, the speech pure-tone average (PTA), speech recognition threshold (SRT) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group with 73.33% (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PTA, SRT the scores of PSQI were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusions Yiqi Congming pill combined with western medicine can effectively treat tinnitus caused by liver fire, and improve hearing and sleep quality without obvious adverse reactions. Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
