目的 探讨依那普利联合个性化延续护理对老年高血压患者生活质量及满意度的影响.方法 将112例老年高血压患者随机分为常规护理组(Routine care group,RCG)和个性化延续护理组(Personalized extended care group,PECG).RCG患者采用常规模式护理,PECG患者采用个性化延续护理措施.结果 PECG的护理满意率为96.43％,明显高于RCG的82.14％(P<0.05).护理后PECG的SF-36 QOL评分明显高于RCG(P<0.05).结论 个性化延续护理应用于老年高血压依那普利治疗可有效提高患者护理满意度,对提高患者生活质量具有重要的意义.
Influence of quality of life and satisfaction in elderly patients with hypertension on enalopril combines personalized continuance care
Objective To explore the influence of quality of life and satisfaction in elderly patients with hypertension on enalopril combines personalized continuance care. Methods 112 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into routine care group (RCG) and personalized extended care group (PECG). RCG patients were given conventional nursing mode, PECG patients adopted personalized continuation nursing measures. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of PECG was 96.43％, which was significantly higher than 82.14％ of RCG (P< 0.05). The SF-36 QOL score of PECG was significantly higher than that of RCG (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized continue nursing applied in elderly patients with hypertension on enalaprilat treatment can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, to improve the patients quality of life has the vital significance, is worth clinical promotion.
