摘要
目的 探讨分析右美托咪啶联合依托咪酯麻醉对减轻胃癌患者术后疼痛的作用和效果.方法 选取2013年1月～2015年1月在浙江省杭州市萧山中医院进行择期胃癌根治术的患者120例以麻醉方式不同分为观察组和对照组各60例.观察对比2组麻醉效果及疼痛评分.结果 2组患者不同时间点的血压变化有差异无统计学意义,观察组患者用药时与拔管时的心率较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05).对比观察组患者与对照组患者恢复自主呼吸的时间差异无统计学意义,此外2组患者拔除气管导管的时间差异无统计学意义.观察组患者术后疼痛评分和术后疼痛发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用右美托咪啶联合依托咪酯对胃癌手术患者实施麻醉,可以取得良好的麻醉效果,同时还可以减轻术后疼痛的程度和频率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and effect of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate anesthesia on postoperative pain in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 120 patients with elective radical gastrectomy from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into observation group and control group (60 cases) by anesthesia. Observation of the two groups of anesthesia and pain scores. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups at different time points. The heart rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of recovery of spontaneous breathing between the observation group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the time of removal of the tracheal tube between the two groups. The incidence of postoperative pain scores and postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate in gastric cancer patients with anesthesia, can achieve a good anesthetic effect, but also can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and frequency.
