目的 探讨替米沙坦对原发性高血压患者血清脂联素、内皮细胞分化功能和颈动脉粥样硬化的影响.方法 选取2012年4月~2016年9月汉中市中心医院心内科住院并确诊的126例原发性高血压患者,随机分成常规组(n=61)及替米沙坦组(n=65),替米沙坦组予复方替米沙坦;常规组予复方氯沙坦.治疗结束后,测定患者血压、脂联素、一氧化氮、内皮素、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度水平.结果 替米沙坦组收缩压、舒张压略高于常规组;替米沙坦组ADPN、NO水平高于常规组,EL、IMT低于常规组(P<0.05);替米沙坦组的有效率高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 替米沙坦能有效控制并降低制原发性高血压患者的血压、修复血管内皮分化功能,抑制动脉粥样硬化进展.
Effects of telmisartan on serum adiponectin, endothelial cell differentiation and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension
Objective To investigate the effect of telmisartan on serum adiponectin, endothelial cell differentiation and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 126 patients with essential hypertension enrolled in our hospital from April 2012 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the conventional group (n=61) and telmisartan group (n=65), telmisartan group was given compound telmisartan ; Conventional group was treated with compound losartan.After treatment, blood pressure, adiponectin, nitric oxide, endothelin and carotid intima-media thickness were measured. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of telmisartan group were slightly higher than those in the conventional group;The levels of ADPN and NO in the telmisartan group were higher than those in the conventional group, while the EL and IMT were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The effective rate of telmisartan group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan can effectively control and reduce the blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, repair vascular endothelial differentiation and inhibit the progression of atherosclerosis.
