Early warning of the effect of psychological intervention in children with HFMD in milrinone
Objective To investigate the early warning of the effect of psychological intervention in children with HFMD in milrinone. Methods 102 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the object of study. They were divided into two groups by drawing lots, with 51 cases. All patients were treated with milrinone treatment, the control group treated with conventional psychological intervention, the experimental group were treated with psychological intervention in the conventional strategy of early warning on the basis of psychological intervention. The laboratory indexes [neutrophil, serum creatine kinase (CK), serum creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)], recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the experimental group of neutrophils, CK, CK-MB levels lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the experimental group, the average duration of fever rash subsided, ulcer healing time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.92％ (2/51), significantly lower than the control group 21.57％ (11/57), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of children with HFMD in the process of using milrinone psychological intervention strategy of early warning, children can significantly improve the laboratory index, reduce complications, promote physical rehabilitation, a significant advantage, has clinical significance
