摘要
目的 分析中药配方颗粒和中药饮片的主要特点与临床效果比较.方法 选取宁夏医科大学附属回医中医医院2016年1月~2016年12月接受中药治疗的上呼吸道感染患者共110例,根据随机对照原则将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组55例.对照组患者采用中药饮片进行中药治疗,观察组患者采用中药配方颗粒进行中药治疗,对2组患者的中药治疗效果进行比较分析.结果 对照组上呼吸道感染治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组为94.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应率为12.73%,高于观察组的3.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中药配方颗粒治疗在临床患者的中药治疗中,治疗效果更好,另外,中药配方颗粒治疗十分便捷.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the main characteristics and clinical effects of Chinese medicine dispensing granules and Chinese herbal medicine pieces. Methods A total of 110 patients with upper respiratory tract infection treated with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2016 in ourhospital were collected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized controlled trial, 55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine granules.The curative effects of Chinese medicine in 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group and 94.55% in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 12.73%, higher than that of the observation group (3.64%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine prescription granule treatment is better in the treatment of clinical patients with Chinese medicine. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine prescription granule therapy is very convenient and worth popularizing.
