Clinical observation of intravenous infusion pump transfusion with pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous infusion pump transfusion of pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis. Method 48 cases of tuberculosis diagnosed by respiratory department from January 20 to January 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of random distribution. The patients in the experimental group were treated with intravenous infusion pump into pituitrin combined with phentol Ming treatment, the control group of patients with intravenous infusion pump into the pituitrin for treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8 %, the hemoptysis time was (2.41±0.39) days, and the adverse reaction rate was 29.17% in the experimental group and the control group, and the curative effect was 75.00%, the statistical difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous infusion pump intake of pituitrin combined with phentolamine treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis in hemoptysis stop time, the effectiveness of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions have significant advantages.
